    Who is Richard Boylan?

Richard Boylan subscribes to a view of our world as hostage to a "shadow government" seeking one world rule; the Cabal’s stranglehold on governance and perception justifies Intervention from "Star Nations." Bilderberg attempts to unify world institutions in preparation for "the massive changes which public disclosure of extraterrestrial presence will bring" and "a secret international Space Fleet... code-named ‘Solar Warden’ [exists] to keep space peaceful, and free from misuse by Earth countries to conduct war-like or illegal activities in space."

Infraterrestrial” ET races on earth living underground comprise more than 1000 races of "Star Visitors," including the yeti, the wee folk, gilled races below the sea, winged races, luminous orbs--all on earth benign, telepathic, they protect the Earth from hostile ET forces. Star Visitors have requested Earth governments to prepare and inform us about Star Nations contact and communication; they wish to teach us and have taught us science, cosmology, and spirituality; "the Star Visitors are not to blame if certain rogue military and Cabal operatives steal and misapply some of these benign technologies to weapons purposes."

A small group of specialists are here to remediate environmental degradation (though frustrated by our continuing destruction). "Upgrades" have been made to individuals for their own greater functionality or to their genetic material to produce a "Star Kid." Other times they take samples to observe "how fast and how far pollution is affecting our bodies and the food we eat ... mental development, attunement to spiritual realities, and current level of moral reasoning." Other visits serve are educational, showing "scenes of probable futures if Humans continue on their current course, or, in some instances, Star Seed adults and Star Kids are shown important missions which they can decide about taking on."

The Star Visitors intervene because they see that "Earth is on an extremely dangerous course, facing collapse of ecosystems, nuclear war, biological warfare, continued concentration of power for total domination of fellow humans by the geoplutocratic cartel known as the Cabal, and potential failure to reach our potential as a mature species, constructing and living in a society of high social, moral and spiritual development [like] fireman paramedics responding to a 911 call about persons unconscious on the floor of a burning house."

A Star Seed himself, Richard Boylan tells of participating in the High Council of the Star Nations as "the Councillor of Earth."

Do any of you have experience hearing or reading Richard Boylan? What are your impressions? How do his assertions relate to the Allies of Humanity Briefings?

I'll try to make more judicious use of "he says" and "according to his understanding" in the future to clarify that everything condensed on these pages represents the views of the subject. I've tried to use quotation marks to indicate the source's exact wording but some excerpts may inadvertently be paraphrased as I try to boil down so much information. I've omitted in this example a controversy impugning his character, incorrectly reported in the Huffington Post.

Mary, my impression is that on a regular basis he is 'put inside' a very well fabricated Lucid Dream, where the 'High Council of the Star Nations' is so well engineered (by ET dream architects) that it seems more real than real life.
Or perhaps I should ask Jim Bowden (if he is still here), did you run into Mr Boylan during your meetings with the High Council?
It would be an interesting exercise to find out how many contactees claim to participate in these sorts of high Council meetings. I met one personally, and he said Richard Boylan wasn't there.
